भरोसा कैसे बनता हैHow trust is kept

राशि कहीं नहीं दिखती।Amounts are never displayed.

किसी सार्वजनिक पन्ने पर, किसी सूची में, किसी संदेश में किसी सेवक की राशि नहीं लिखी जाती।No sevak's amount appears on a public page, in a list, or in a message.

हिसाब समिति का है।Accounts stay with the committee.

कोष, रसीदें और काग़ज़ सिर्फ़ उस स्थान की समिति देख सकती है।The ledger, receipts and papers are visible only to that place's committee.

काम की तस्वीरें ही सबूत हैं।Photographs of the work are the proof.

हर हफ़्ते की तस्वीर और प्रगति ही वह चीज़ है जो लोगों को दिखती है।Weekly photos and progress are what the sangat is shown.

कोई अंक-तालिका नहीं।No leaderboards.

कर्म कोश एक निजी बही है — तारीख़वार, बिना अंक, बिना होड़।A KarmaKosha is a personal record — chronological, no points, no competition.

आपकी जानकारीYour information

जब आप किसी स्थान से जुड़ते हैं, हम आपका नाम और फ़ोन नंबर रखते हैं — और वही, जो आपने ख़ुद भरा। यह उस स्थान की समिति देखती है, कोई और नहीं।When you connect with a place we keep your name and phone number — and only what you yourself filled in. That place's committee sees it, and nobody else.

आपका नंबर किसी और स्थान को, किसी विज्ञापन कंपनी को, या किसी तीसरे को नहीं दिया जाता। न बेचा जाता है, न किराए पर।Your number is never given to another place, to an advertiser, or to any third party. It is not sold and not rented.

नाम हटवाना हो तो उस स्थान की समिति से कहिए, या हमें फ़ोन कीजिए — हटा दिया जाएगा।To have your name removed, tell that place's committee, or call us — it will be removed.

पन्ने पर सेवकों के नाम तभी दिखते हैं जब समिति ने वह विकल्प चालू किया हो, और तब भी सिर्फ़ नाम और गाँव — नंबर कभी नहीं।Sevak names appear on a page only when the committee has switched that on, and even then only the name and the village — never the number.

धर्मकोश पैसा नहीं लेता। जो भी सेवा आप देते हैं — पैसा, सामान या श्रम — वह सीधे उस स्थान की समिति को जाती है, हमारे बीच में आए बिना।DharmaKosha takes no money. Whatever seva you give — money, material or labour — goes directly to that place's committee, without passing through us.

इसलिए वापसी की बात भी उसी समिति से होती है। रसीद उन्हीं की होती है, और उनका नंबर पन्ने पर लिखा रहता है।A refund is therefore a conversation with that committee. The receipt is theirs, and their number is on the page.

स्थान का पन्ना बनाना और रखना निःशुल्क है।Making and keeping a place's page is free.

सामग्रीContent

सामग्री और हटाने का अनुरोधContent & takedown

पन्ने पर जो लिखा है वह उस स्थान की समिति का लिखा है — इतिहास, कथाएँ, तस्वीरें, समय। हम उसे लिखते नहीं, रखते हैं।What is on a page was written by that place's committee — the history, the legends, the photographs, the timings. We do not write it; we keep it.

किसी तस्वीर या बात पर आपत्ति हो — वह आपकी हो, या ग़लत हो, या किसी की निजता तोड़ती हो — तो शिकायत अधिकारी को लिखिए। हम समिति से बात करेंगे और ज़रूरत हुई तो हटा देंगे।If you object to a photograph or a claim — because it is yours, or wrong, or breaks someone's privacy — write to the grievance officer. We will take it up with the committee and remove it where that is right.

जो सामग्री सेवक भेजते हैं, वह समिति के स्वीकार करने पर ही पन्ने पर आती है।Material sent in by a sevak reaches a page only once the committee has accepted it.

उपयोग की शर्तेंTerms of use

कोश का उपयोग स्थानों की धरोहर सहेजने और सेवा के लिए है। किसी स्थान का पन्ना उसकी समिति ही बनवा सकती है।The kosha is for preserving the heritage of places and for seva. A place's page can be created only by its own committee.

किसी और के स्थान के नाम पर पन्ना बनवाना, झूठा हिसाब दिखाना, या किसी की तस्वीर बिना अनुमति डालना — इन तीनों पर पन्ना बंद कर दिया जाता है।Creating a page in someone else's name, showing a false account, or publishing a person's photograph without permission — any of the three closes the page.

हम पन्ना हमेशा चलता रहेगा इसकी गारंटी नहीं दे सकते, पर आपकी सामग्री आपकी रहती है और माँगने पर लौटा दी जाती है।We cannot guarantee a page will run forever, but your material stays yours and is returned to you on request.

शिकायतGrievance

शिकायत अधिकारीGrievance officer

भारत के नियमों के अनुसार शिकायत अधिकारी का नाम और पता यहाँ रहना ज़रूरी है, और शिकायत का जवाब पंद्रह दिन में देना होता है।India's rules require a grievance officer to be named here, and a grievance to be answered within fifteen days.
